Hi, I'm looking for a Latin expression or axiom that I heard
many years go. The meaning in English goes something
like "Be proud of what you steal," meaning that if you're
going to commit a crime (and pay the punishment for it),
the crime better be worth the effort. Does anyone know
what the Latin wording is?

After casting around for a few minutes, the only thing even tangentially
related that I could find was Seneca's "Prosperum et felix scelus virtus
vocatur" (Crime, when it prospers, obtains the name of virtue)-
