I am looking for a Latin language expert to help confirm our phrases:

In Gold There is Truth / or / Truth is Gold

Would this be the appropriate assembly?

In Aurum Veritas Est / or / Veritas Est Aurum



Also wanted to use a similar one for silver--Argentum?

In Argentum Veritas Est / or / Veritas Est Argentum

Forget the "est", that is not needed in Latin.

in with the accusative is "into" movement,
with the ablative it is just location.

Try:

"Veritas in auro"

"In auro veritas"

I agree completely: «In auro veritas / In argento veritas» sounds more like something that would have been said by a Roman or written down in a text. However, as you also noted, it's not something that anyone would really have said.
